Copy your wad files into the 'iwad' directory.

(Note: I ran into a strange memory problem with v2.1, and v4.0 is an unofficial pack that creates DiscJuggler v4 compatible ISO's that may not be compatible with the DiscJuggler v3.5 Trial version.) They will need to be copied to a folder on your PC and renamed as such:
